POINT S – Extract from the terms and conditions – Webinar with prize draw

 

Article 1 – Organisation

POINT S DEVELOPMENT, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with capital of 418,000 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Lyon under number 491 028 627 00025, with registered offices located at 9 rue Curie, 69006 Lyon, France (hereafter referred to as the « Organising Company ») is organising a free game with a prize draw, with no obligation to purchase, as part of a webinar aimed at shop employees (hereafter referred to as the « Game »).

Article 2 – Terms and conditions of participation

The Game is open exclusively to employees of participating points of sale who participate in the webinar and who are 18 years or older on the date they participate.

Participation in the Game is subject to the following:

  • participating in the webinar
  • providing the right answers to the questions asked during the webinar about the Lucky Days campaign process
  • filling in the registration form, including the following mandatory fields: surname, first name, name of the point of sale, e-mail address and position in the shop.

Any incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will render the entry invalid.

Only one entry per person (same name, same e-mail address) is authorised.

Article 3 – Selecting the winners

At the end of the operation, a prize draw will be held among all participants who have met the participation requirements.

The draw will take place on 30 June 2026, when 14 winners will be selected.

The winners will be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the registration form.

Article 4 – Prizes

The winners will receive the following prizes:
2 beer dispensers with a retail value of €200, 2 coffee machines with a retail value of €100, 8 Amazon vouchers with a retail value of €50 each and 2 smartwatches with a retail value of €100 each.

The prizes may not be contested in any way, nor may they be exchanged for other goods or services or for their cash value.

Article 5 – Personal data

The personal data collected in connection with the Game is processed by Point S Development, in its capacity as data controller, for the following purposes:

  • managing the Game entries;
  • organising the draw;
  • awarding and sending out the prizes.

The data is kept for the purposes of managing the Game and awarding the prizes and may be used for future communication purposes to inform participants of new marketing campaigns and upcoming incentives.

In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations (in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of their data. They may exercise this right by sending a request to dpo@points-development.com

 

Article 6 – Acceptance of the terms and conditions

By participating in the Game, participants fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are registered with AURAJURIS, 264 rue Garibaldi, 69003 Lyon, France.
